Crack 1

WS Crack 1 S (WS 1820 S)

It’s a red penetrating spray developed for welding inspections, foundry pieces, forges and all kind of metallurgic applications.


Crack 2

 

WS Crack 2 S (WS 1821 S)

It’s a White developer liquid spray developed for welding inspections, foundry pieces, forges and all kind of metallurgic applications.


Crack 3

WS Crack 3 S (WS 3050 S)

It’s a fast drying degreaser, indicated for the pretreatment of surfaces, before the non-destructive tests with penetrant liquids, also for removing penetrant liquid excess after use.

It is a very effective degreasing solvent mixture with quick drying. It doesn’t contain in its composition aromatic or chlorinated solvents.

Penetrates and breaks up dirt and other pollutants to improve surfaces before non-destructive penetrant tests.

1º.- SURFACES EXHAUSTIVE CLANING WITH WS 3050 S

Before you apply WS CRACK 1 S (WS 1820 S) red penetrating, you must do an exhaustive cleaning with degreaser and wait few seconds until his completely evaporation. Surface to inspect must be perfectly clean and free from any kind of residue, grease, oil, paints, oxide, etc.

2º.- WS CRACK 1 S (WS 1820 S) PENETRATING APPLICATION

Apply red penetrating on the area to inspect with a soften layer of spray, a brush or an impregnated duster. We recommend a penetrating time between 10-20 minutes; this will depend on ambient temperature. After this time, WS CRACK 1 S (WS 1820 S), has penetrated on leaks and pores.

3º.- RED PENETRATING EXCESS REMOVAL

Red penetrating excess will be removed with a duster or with low pressure water. Let it dry at ambient temperature or with hot air (maximum at 70ºC).

4º.- WHITE DEVELOPER WS CRACK 2 S (WS 1821 S) APPLICATION

Apply a thin layer of white developer spray, thanks to his special formula drying will be very quick, and will defects will appear on surfaces in dark red color: leaks in red lines and pores as red spots.

5º.- Elimination of WS CRACK 1 S (WS 1820 S) and WS CRACK 2 S (WS 1821 S)

WS CRACK 1 S (WS 1820 S) and WS CRACK 2 S (WS 1821 S) can be removed with pressured water or with a solvent.
